The Widetrack Chronicles 45: Exciting new updates!

The Widetrack Chronicles 45: Exciting new updates!

It's been a while since we posted a blog on our website here, so we thought we'd take this opportunity to do so and fill you in on what we've got going on here lately...

First off, we'd like to thank everyone for all the wonderful feedback we've gotten on our first professional video, filmed by our good friend and colleague, Mr. Enzo Duva... If you happened to miss it, you can check out here:

We are getting busy with the next one right away, so we'll keep you posted on that... ;)

In other news, Zach and I (Ron) have been writing new songs... This is very exciting, as it is the first time I've had a co-writer in Widetrack... I must say, he's a natural.... We already have 15 new tracks developing, and plan on releasing one song, with an accompanying video, per month, starting in January... This should put us at an album's worth of material by the end of the year...

With all this writing and video activity, we haven't been focusing on our live shows so much, but that will soon change... Come the new year, we plan on getting out there as much as possible to play for as many people as possible, starting with our long-delayed CD release party at Billy's Tip n' Inn in White Lake, MI, on Saturday, January 5th, 2019... We of course will be filming the show for all of you who can't make it out, live too far away, etc., so we'll keep you posted on all that as the date gets closer...

Speaking of 2019, we plan on finally getting our Patreon page together, so we can document the process of recording our new songs in the studio and provide you with a ton of behind-the-scenes stuff to check out... More on that to come a well...

OK, just a couple more things...

If you haven't heard our "new" album, Widetrack III, we'd love for you to give it a listen... It is available on all the streaming sites and also for purchase, digitally and in physical form, on our website...

Also, we are extremely excited to announce that our music is now available on Pandora Radio... If you use Pandora, we would love it if you'd let us know what other artists get played when you make a Widetrack station...

And lastly, we invite you to join our Widetrack VIP Facebook Group if you're on Facebook and haven't yet done so... We post more frequent updates and such there, so it really is the best place so far to keep up with us on a more consistent basis... Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Widetrackband

OK, that's about it for now... Just wanted to say that, on a personal note, I'm really touched by the outpouring of support we've gotten lately with this crazy rock and roll journey... I am just so excited about playing music with my son and my friends... I really think there are going to be some wonderful experiences to come, and I can't thank you enough for being here, my friend... <3

Keep in touch and let me know how you're doing... Talk with you soon!

Ron
