The Widetrack Chronicles 95: Two Big Announcements
(Ron here):
2024... what a year! And there's still a few weeks left to go...
We'll be recapping the year's happenings soon, but for now, a few more immediate items...
Firstly, it's a father's true pleasure to announce that Zach has been accepted to Berkeley College of Music in Boston, MA, USA…

He'll be starting in January 2025, and will have May through September off to come back home, along with spring break and the holidays, so still plenty of time for Widetrack... 🙏
Needless to say, I couldn't be prouder of him for all the hard work he's put in to become the musician he is today, and I'm quite certain he'll make the most of this opportunity...

As for the second piece of big news, let me back up a little bit here...
The tracklisting is:
Lycanthropic
Possession
Ivory
Demons
Wretch
Galatea
The album concerns a lovelorn serial killer and the heroine redeemer of his dark obsession...
(More to come on this…)
In the meantime, we're set to play two shows in December, whereupon we'll be debuting the album in its entirety; first at our home studio for a small group of our closest family and friends, and then to the general public on Saturday, December 28 in Pontiac, MI at the P.L.A.T. (Pontiac's Little Art Theater)...

Anyway, the current plan is for Zach to begin mixing 'Galatea' when he returns home in May 2025, with an approximate target release date of September 2025, when he heads back to school...
As always, we'll keep you posted on things as they develop...
Thanks for coming along on this journey with us… It's been 7 years since Zach joined Widetrack, and what a fantastic journey it's been so far... Your support and encouragement along the way has meant so much to us… THANK YOU! 🙏
Onward...
